automatically enrolled in this money saving program. Members earn
points that can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Best of

How do I view my accumulated points?
To view your current point balance, click
on the "Sign In" link at the top of the screen. Log into your account.
Scroll down to see your Reward Points total.
Do I have to become a Registered User to take advantage of the Loyalty Rewards Program?
Yes. We know many people have concerns
about sharing information with online companies and understand your
desire to keep personal information just that, personal. However, our
system can only track, assign, and apply points for users who are
registered. Rest assured, however, that we do not sell, rent or
distribute customer information to any third party.
My product review wasn't approved. Why not?
We love reading customer reviews and would
like to publish all of them on our web site. However, there are a few
reasons our editors chose not to publish certain customer reviews. The
most common reason is that a review may not be descriptive enough for
publication. For example, we often receive product reviews that simply
read, "Great product!" While we greatly appreciate the feedback,
published reviews should be descriptive enough to assist other
customers in their decision-making process. To increase the likelihood
that your review is published (and that you earn points!) please
include details about what you liked or didn't like about the product
being reviewed. We're looking for details in product reviews.
I returned an item. Will points be deducted from my account?
Yes. The points earned for the purchase of an item are deducted if the product is returned.
How do I redeem points I've earned?
Redeeming points is easy! Just shop as you
normally would. During the checkout process, you'll see an option to
apply your points to the current order. Check the box, and the discount
will appear in the receipt e-mailed to you and when you view your
invoice online.
Can I use my points right away?
Points earned by registering, writing
approved reviews, and referring friends can be used as soon as they are
awarded. Points earned through purchases can be used 30 days after the
order has shipped.
Can I apply points to past orders?
Points cannot be applied to previous orders.
This sounds great! But what's the "fine print"?
Points may only be earned or applied for
orders originating from the Glass Decor and More web site. Customers
may choose to apply point discounts to orders during the checkout
process. We are unable to apply point discounts to orders after they

Do your window films have an adhesive backing?
Yes,
most of our decorative films have a non-permanent adhesive backing.
This helps the film to stay on your window over extended periods of
time. It also helps to keep the corners from peeling.
How do you remove the window film from windows and glass surfaces?
The
static cling films and decals simply peel off of the window. You should
save the original backing to store them for use the next time.
The adhesive films can also be peeled off of the window when you are
ready to remove them. Warming the film with a blow dryer may be
helpful. If any adhesive residue remains on the window it can be
sprayed with windex or wiped off with turpentine or an alcohol-based
solvent. Let the product set on the adhesive for a few seconds, and
then wipe clean. A damp cloth sprinkled with some flour may be helpful
in removing dissolved adhesive. A scraper (razor blade) may also be
helpful but is not necessarily needed.
Which films will give me the most light possible, while still providing privacy?
For
privacy with the most possible light filtering through, we suggest the
following films: Clear Marble, Solyx Clear Ripple Glass, Solyx Crystal
Ice Chip, Cut Glass Flowers, Solyx Clear Sea Shells, and Brush Strokes.
However, I think you will find that most of the films we offer will
still let in a sufficient amount of light and allow plenty of privacy.
Will your decorative films give me privacy during the day, as well as the night?
Yes,
the decorative films will give you privacy day and night. We highly
recommend ordering samples to make sure the film will provide
sufficient privacy in your situation. With certain designs, if you have
the light on inside at night and you walk by the window, people outside
might be able to see your silhouette.
Can your films be used in bathrooms?
Yes, the films will work fine in bathrooms.
Can your films be used on plexiglass?
Yes, any of the films or decals can be used on plexiglass. The adhesive films will become permanently stuck to the plexiglass.
Do you carry any one-way vision films where one would be able to see out, but not see in?
We
do not carry any mirror tint such as that. We have found that most
people are disappointed to learn that this film has the opposite effect
at night-you cannot see out but people outside can see directly in.
I installed the window film exactly as the directions show, but I have white spots on the film. What happened? The
white areas are the same white areas that are referred to at the top of
the installation instructions. This is just a normal reaction of the
adhesive with the water. The time it takes to clear up depends on how
much sunlight the product receives and the outside temperature. Cooler
temps tend to prolong the drying process. Please allow at least a week
for the spots to go away. In some cases it may take longer then a week.

Do you have a catalog you could send me?
We
do not have a printed catalog. However, we do
sell samples if there is anything you would like to see in person
before placing an order.
How do I place a window film order?
Many of our window films come in standard width sizes and are sold by the linear foot.
When you click the "add to cart" button, just change the number in the
quantity box to however many feet in linear length you need of that
particular film. Film will be shipped to you in one continuous roll
should you order more than 1 foot. There is an "Order Form" link at the
top of the screen for you to print out if paying by mail (money order
or credit card) or faxing your order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE!
Do you accept orders from outside the US?
Yes, we accept orders from countries other than the US.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We
accept money orders, PayPal, and credit cards. There is an "Order
Form" link at the top of the screen for you to print out if paying by
mail (money order or credit card) or faxing your order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE!
How long will it take to get my order?
Orders
usually take approx. 5-8 days to arrive at your home (US orders). We
will send you an email the day your order is shipped. If you have
registered with us you can log in to check the status of your order.
Which shipping methods do you use?
We ship via USPS mail and UPS.
What is your return/refund policy?
We
highly recommend that you order a sample of the film you are interested
in to make sure it will work for you before you place an order. Returns
are accepted, however we do not refund shipping charges, only the
retail price of the film. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date your order was shipped! We do charge a 10% restocking fee on all
returns. However, the restocking fee will be waived if you return the
film and exchange it for a different pattern. Please fill out the return form that was shipped with your order letting us know if you would like a refund or exchange. If you would like to return your order you can ship it back to:
